The campaign involved a widespread global advertising campaign. Short-listed candidates from across Europe were interviewed face to face before being invited to a number of assessment centres which were designed and managed closely in partnership with the client. As a result of the campaign four high profile appointments were made, and the new Pan-European Commodity Management team was formed. Successful appointments ranged from Financial Analyst to Pan European Commodity Director.

Automotive aftermarket JV recruitmentRetained by two global players in the automotive aftermarket, working in a joint venture to appoint a Senior Project Manager/Director with a Pan-European and Global logistics and operations background. Job and person descriptions were agreed with the clients prior to a global advertising campaign. Working closely with both clients, an assessment centre was designed and managed for the short-listed candidates. The assessment centre led to a successful appointment and the candidate is currently heading up the Pan European JV.

Automotive sector OEM recruitmentHead of Supplier Development. Obtained full brief from Purchasing Director and then conducted confidential web advertising campaign. Managed and conducted all final short-listed candidate interviews in person across the U.K. Successfully recruited for this role within pre-agreed timescale and assisted in relocation planning to move candidate to North West region.
