The CDA Process

The CDA processThey key to delivering a high calibre candidate, is in truly understanding the needs of the organisation, and matching this with the skill sets of the best. For this reason it is one of the MANAGING PARTNERS who will visit you in order to discuss your situation, understand the background to the requirement, and the specific culture surrounding the business.

A full briefing document is developed and returned to you for your confirmation, which includes the deliverables, timescales and the type of person required. Following the clients agreement CDA will generate an Assignment document, which will detail the attributes of the Interim Executive required, and confirm deliverables and timescale. On entering into an Assignment agreement CDA will provide a minimum of two approved candidates.

The CDA processOnce appointed, there will be an ongoing review of progress in order to ensure complete satisfaction with the Interim Manager, and that objectives are clearly evident in order to avoid 'Scope Creep' - which leads to an unnecessary extension to the process.

At an appropriate time, we will discuss your requirements following the successful completion of the project, and can, at this time, assist in the recruitment process for a permanent replacement. It is normally the case that the skill set will be different for the ongoing management of a situation, rather than in implementing a major change.

At all times, CDA Interim will be available in order to ensure that you are receiving the very best service that delivers the required results within the stated timeframe.
